The difference between a deli hero and a gas-station sub is the slicer. We cut cold cuts to order so the meat is fresh and piled high, dress it the way you like, and split a fresh roll for it. The Pastrami Hero and Roast Beef Hero are the cold-cut favorites; the Chicken Parmigiana Hero leads the hot side.
